Travel fee. A travel fee of $0.60/km each way applies to all bookings located more than 20km from Launceston CBD. This will be calculated and included in your quote prior to booking.
Drone services — CASA licensed. HD Visuals holds a current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL). All drone flights are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations. Drone services are subject to CASA airspace approval and may not be available at all locations. Restricted or controlled airspace zones may require additional approval time or limit operations.
Weather conditions. Drone flights are subject to suitable weather conditions including wind speed, visibility, and cloud cover. In the event of unsuitable weather on the day of your shoot, drone services may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Ground photography and videography will proceed as planned where safe to do so.
